Our Story
Unified Intelligence® was seeded by our two Singapore founders to give back what they have benefitted from their illustrious careers in the Financial and Technology industries. We have since grown to a unified team of 8.
The volition to create a portable credit passport to accelerate financial inclusion for the underbanked and unbanked communities in the South-East Asia region spurred a patent-pending algorithm that is aligned with the Privacy-Enhancing Technologies (PETs). Our alternative credit scoring system is now part of our suite of Privacy Intelligence solutions catered for cross industries and functions in an organization.

Unified Intelligence® core team and founding advisors are internationally recognized professionals and leaders in their respective fields. We bring together expertise in financial services, risk management, data security, data science, and technology innovation. Two members of our leadership team are PhDs in the field of Data Science and recognized leaders in their areas of expertise.
Our founder, Mr Kwee Yoong LOCK is a veteran with over two decades of extensive experience in the technical and fintech sectors, specialising in Enterprise Risk Management, Credit Scoring, Big Data Analytics, and Anti-Fraud. He previously held a leadership position in a Fintech unicorn before taking a leap of faith to start Unified Intelligence.
Our co-founder, Mr Ming Soong THAM, is a 30-year veteran in the banking and risk management industry. He was the Group Chief Risk Officer at UOB Singapore, and the Head of Financial Risk Supervision at the MAS.
